I believe that healing is the biggest aspect of it all only because if you dont allow yourself to heal you can never recover from past issues and also never move on from the past. I wouldnt disregard any of the aspects that bell hooks has talked about, i find all of them to be of equal importance in my opinion, healing is the only exception.
